These terms apply to your use of Seek & Savor (seekandsavor.com), including the recipe planner, operated by Good to Be Growing LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Using Seek & Savor
Seek & Savor is a free tool for personal, non-commercial meal planning. You may use it to scan recipes, plan meals and build grocery lists for yourself and your household. Please don't misuse it, for example by trying to overload or break the service, scraping it, or using it to process content you don't have the right to use.
Recipes you scan
You're responsible for the screenshots, photos and recipes you scan. Only scan content you're allowed to use for your own personal cooking. Recipes from websites and cookbooks belong to their creators, and Seek & Savor doesn't give you any right to republish them.
AI accuracy, allergies and health
Recipes are read by artificial intelligence, and it can make mistakes. Ingredients, amounts, steps, cooking times and grocery lists may be incomplete or wrong. Always check them against the original recipe before shopping or cooking.
If you or anyone you cook for has a food allergy or intolerance, always read the original recipe and every product label. Don't rely on Seek & Savor to identify allergens.
Content on Seek & Savor, including guides, recipes and any nutrition information, is for general information only. It is not medical, dietary or nutritional advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your health and diet.
Food safety
Follow safe food handling practices, and cook food to safe internal temperatures. You're responsible for how you prepare, cook and store food.
Your saved information
Recipes, pantries and meal plans are stored in your browser. If you don't sign in and you clear your browser data, switch devices or your device fails, they may be lost, and we can't recover them.
If you sign in, a copy is also kept in your account and synced to your other devices. We work hard to keep it safe, but we can't promise syncing will never lose or mix up information, so keep a backup of recipes that really matter to you.
Accounts
Accounts are optional and free. Use an email address that you control. Anyone who can read your email can sign in to your account, so keep your email secure. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service.
Affiliate disclosure
Seek & Savor may link to products and stores and earn a commission when you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend things we believe are useful. As an Amazon Associate, Good to Be Growing LLC earns from qualifying purchases.
Other websites
Links to other websites and stores are provided for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, prices or policies.
Changes to the service
We may change, limit or stop any part of Seek & Savor at any time, including adding limits on free use or offering paid features.
Our content
The Seek & Savor name, logo, design, guides and other original content belong to Good to Be Growing LLC. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Seek & Savor is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good to Be Growing LLC and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of Seek & Savor, including reliance on AI-read recipes or grocery lists. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or $50.
Indemnity
You agree to hold Good to Be Growing LLC harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use Seek & Savor after a change means you accept the updated terms.
